A program of periodic monitoring and testing of the various inhabited areas of the residential tower is warranted, and should be implemented by the Board and Management.
Remediation of the contamination should be performed when infestation is detected.
If it is determined that K Restoration did not apply the specified masonry waterproofing layer to the outside of the exterior brick, this must be addressed as soon as possible.
Falcon Group Engineering was also responsible for not requiring KR&R to apply the coating, as per contract.
