...evolving into an ongoing, independent, and Board-collaborative group primarily composed of Owners who are diverse in experience and professionally credentialed. Our combined insights into major projects may be helpful as the Board continues to upgrade our aging facility.
... further strengthening into an IH community-wide organization, dedicated to raising awareness of HOA-related issues, and quality of life, for Unit Owners. We at invite ALL Owners to join our group as Members.

C.O.G. welcomes professionals of all kinds- attorneys, architects, engineers, CPAs, auditors, businesspeople, etc.
But you don't have to have professional credentials to be part of C.O.G. You just need to care.
You'll also need a gmail email address. From there, please email webmaster Patrick Henry at phenry1736000@gmail.com and ask to join, and you'll become a member and will be added to our email list; you can leave the group at any time.
Become a Member. C.O.G. operates solely on member contributions. Our funds allow us to maintain our corporate counsel, who helps to assure that everything C.O.G. does is legally compliant. If we need to commission a peer-review or forensic Engineering study, our contributed funds help there, as well.

C.O.G. relies 100% on contributions from Owners
C.O.G. personnel all volunteer their time
Outside advisors to C.O.G., when their services are absolutely necessary, are paid as consultants according to contracted fees per task
C.O.G. Expenses are typically incurred by our corporate counsel and CPA (other than C.O.G. members) on an as-needed basis
C.O.G. Contributions are typically and gratefully acceptied via zelle or by check- inquire at the email addresses under "Contact Us", below.
