Commentary and Feedback Major Capital Projects. In 2022, the Board has undertaken major initiatives to update our facility, which was originally built in 1973. The overall initiative was originally budgeted at approximately $26 million, and scheduled to be completed within 5 years. Issues began to crop up, and the Board underwent steps for course correction. This is an ongoing process, and this website can help by facilitating communication between the volunteer Trustees and Owners in the Condominium.

Our Overall Objective: an improving outlook. Owners, Board Trustees, and Management have the opportunity to interact with each other in real-time on this platform.  Here we can all collaborate together to better navigate the issues that affect all of us living at Imperial House. Together we can achieve the best results for our unique collective home on the beautiful NJ waterfront.

Oh, and incidentally...The lobby photos at the top of this page show the artistic and economic ingenuity of Anna Manfredi, Owner and Trustee, who accomplished an amazing refresh of our formerly aging Lobby at 1/10 the originally-budgeted cost! Thank you, Anna!
